

I appreciated everything that Shirai was attempting to do with this series and I instantly went and put the second volume on hold at the library. There are so many amazing plot twists and turns. I wish that I could provide more detail, but honestly I think it's best if you just go into this book blind. I couldn't believe what I was seeing and what I was reading. The first twist/revelation in this book had me blown. I thought that this manga was going to be about a group kids that were living in this orphanage that maybe went on some adventures because they lived in a post apocalyptic world. Interested to see what goes down in volume #2!. I think this was a good introduction to the story, because it's got me curious as to what's going to happen next and I've already come up with all sorts of different theories that are more than likely going to be way off.
